Seeking chief architect users who can effectively take residential plan concepts which have been designed and approved for homebuyers and add the details needed to finalize construction drawings.
We design plan concepts in house using chief architect and then submit for cds once the custom home customer is in a building agreement.
This will require exterior elevation design work which will be driven by provided ideas and drawings.
Final plan sets will need to include
interior elevations
exterior elevations
Plumbing plans.
electrical plans
Roof plans.
possibly framing plans in some cases.

That said, we have good solutions in place now but nobody who uses chief architect. So, the workload could be adjusted based on availability.
