  1. Oh, and it seems my 2nd floor ceiling is off. I was trying to do a 2x4 service cavity in the ceiling before the trusses.Cowan trusses.pdfCowan front elevation.pdfCowan Cross section.pdfCowan back elevation.pdf
  2. Cowan.plan.zip I'm struggling with two things - how to layout my roof trusses (I think I need to run the front to back on the left portion of the upper floor, but then left to right on the gable portion). I would like to lift the house a touch so it takes advantage of the view. I'm thinking to have the OHGD up one foot from the sidewalk and then step up one step into the house from the garage, but I don't know how to do this in the program. I've tried to attached the plans. - hope it works.
  3. Oh, thank you! You have no idea how many hours I spent trying to get it to line up manually!
  4. Hi TeaTime, Yes, that worked! And what would be the layer to measure a part of the exterior wall assembly? I would like to measure to the outside of the OSB, on the structural framing layer. See attached for image description.
  5. I can't seem to get the measuring tool to snap to the layer I want. I have tried the control and command keys, separately, to allow it to snap wherever I want, and it still isn't working. Ideas?
