thanks alot guys...problem solved one object had problem...by delete it ,render is ok now i checked all objects in an isolate place and it found with several test renders

i updated the graphic drives but not solved yes it is a hat shop and there is many hats in this plan but i had plans like this before like cosmetics shop but didnt happened this problem

it never happened before...my chief is x7 16gb ram 2g asus graphic i5 9600k i added model pic

hi..render is compeletly black with some shining points(it seems like that)what is the problem??
