Lisa’s Custom Interiors is a design company specializing in design development, drafting, and photorealistic renderings. We work on both new construction and remodels. We mainly do residential work but also do a few commercial projects a year. We are looking for a reliable Chief Architect expert to help with construction plans and 3D renderings. Expecting 15-30 hours a week.
Tasks include:
Creating floor plans, some design occasionally (laying out cabinetry)
Some design occasionally (laying out cabinetry)
Drafting: Floor plan & elevations
Construction document preparation
Dimensioning and annotations
Basic 3D model adjustments
Occasional rendering support
Professional Layouts for contractors and builders
Requirements:
Proficiency in Chief Architect - Latest version X17
Experience with residential and small commercial projects
Ability to work independently, strong attention to detail and instructions
Good communication and reasonable turnaround times
Ideal Fit:
We are looking for someone who enjoys the technical side of production and drafting. The goal is to build a long-term working relationship where we handle the design direction and client communication while you assist with project production and revisions.
