  1. Hello Markus! We are in Sacramento Let me know if it still works Thank you!
  2. Hello! We are in search of a library of architectural details for Residential Construction in California If you are an experienced architect and have a good base, we offer periodic purchase of details from you as needed (e.g. details for stairs, roofs, ceilings, etc.). Also consider a "subscription" option, e.g. a certain payment for a year, with the same steps as in the first option. If you are interested in this please leave your contact details below and I will get back to you. Thank you!

  4. Yes, that's exactly what I did. But if I make the OSB thicker, it starts to protrude beyond the boundaries of the trim
  5. Hi! Faced with a problem. I made a roof for my new project, but I couldn't find how to adjust its thickness. There is no training video on this topic, only roof configurations. I tried changing some of the settings, but I still can't get to the 1.5' roof thickness form. Please tell me if it is possible and if so how to do it I am using Chief Architect Premier X12 (64 bit) Thank you!
  6. Hello! I imported a model in .dae format and ran into a problem. In the standard view, the materials looks perfect, like on the 3D Warehouse. But when I start ray tracing, the materials looks like they don't have good properties. I adjust the same materials again, but it doesn't help. Could you please explain how I can fix it? I'm using X12(64 bit) version
  7. Wow! Could you show me the settings for importing please?
  8. Hi! I've been trying to import the survey for 2 weeks now. I am doing everything as shown in the attached video in the link. But for some reason, when I assign the perimeter function to a polyline with the terrain perimter function, my cont-mjr layer disappears. It's on, but the lines disappear. As a result, the perimeter on the camera is flat but faithfully limited. If you can please explain the problem and how to fix it. Thank you! https://www.chiefarchitect.com/videos/watch/1056/import-a-surveyor-dwg-file-for-a-site-plan-or-terrain-perimeter.html?playlist=101 ACAD2010-Lot1-topo-arch.dwg
