PM sent! It's really sad that Chief is not more widely used. It's the best. I see architects working on paper, charging thousands for a couple of 3D renderings, etc. When everything is right here in one package.

I'm really looking for someone in the LA area. Is it really this hard to find Chief users in this area? :)

Hi! I'm planning a demo and new build in Calabasas. This will be our future home. I need an architect/designer to design it and take it to completion (permits, and support builder). I much prefer someone local, in the LA area. I'm an amateur at Chief, but I've been able to get at least a reasonable layout of what we want, as a starting point. I've talked to several architects, but they seem to be in the last century in terms of tech, and I feel like I could make progress faster with someone using Chief. I don't have a clear idea on style yet, but it will be some transitional/contemporary, not too modern on the facade, pretty modern on the interior and backyard. Size will be around 4500sqft. Attached a few pics.
