My clients often want rendered images of the same house with various options for the EXTERIOR (white siding vs. blue, black window trim vs. white). Is there a way to create a template with walls/windows/corner trim on different layers so that I could "turn on" option 1, then switch to option 2. I've been saving as alternate plans but would like to try to simplify my workflow (if possible), so that when structural changes are made to the home, it will change each plan. There is no style palette option for the exterior, correct?

Thank you both for taking the time to respond! I see that it is complicated based on the use of the final product. I’ve never had a client complain when I’ve sent them the render as chief creates it, but wanted to learn more in case someone asked for a different need.

I've noticed then when I export a render using the export picture option, there are choices for the sizing. Is there a standard size that I should aim for when sending to clients? Should I change the resolution based on print/web use needs? Thank you! Julie
