Do they make a 7" thick glass block IRL?
I guess what I'm really trying to do here is get rid of the ledge part. As I want this to be flush on the exterior.

Looking on how I can adjust the thickness of this? I used a fixed door with glass slab but it's limiting it to a 4" thickness. Would like to have a 7" thickness.

I gave it a shot...I did have to manually draw in the roof return. I placed notes on the roof plan view of this drawing;

I just noticed you used rafter when you did this. Can I continue with using rafters even though the renovation will be with trusses? Or what is the best way to transfer back to the use of trusses?

Thank you for the roof notes. I did not catch that cricket.

Thanks for the help everyone! Good to know for future, that it is something you have to manually do.

did you click on the porch railing, go to roof settings and click dutch gable?
Yes, nothing happened for me when I did that.

I'm trying to get the dutch gable roof over the front porch, similar to the front of the garage but can't figure out why it won't work.
I've attached pictures of what I'm trying to replicate as well as the file.

Thanks for the help.
Did you have to do anything to get the lines to show in the blocks to make it look like grout?

When I go to add a backdrop it doesn't appear on the perspective view or in the rendering once I ray trace. I have the layer turned on, but still can't figure out why it won't appear. Tried searching the forum but can't find anything. What would be causing this not to appear?
Thanks

Okay thanks, so anything above the door opening would be a new floor? Not sure if you can help with how I would then go about making this wall (photo attached), if everything above the door opening is considered a 2nd level. I've also attached a photo of how the actual roof sits in relation to the wall.

Custom Stairs
in General Q & A

Wondering what the best way to make some custom stairs are? I've tried using the stair tool but I think I need a different approach for this shape? I've attached a plan view picture of the shape I'm looking for.
