I am on Windows version. When I click on the library browser tool it shows it is checked, but the window with all of my catalogs does not pop up. I have messed around with the library settings but have not had any luck. I will look into the window settings as well.

Since doing the latest update for X13, I can not open my library browser, Tried alternate ways to go into it, nothing. Any ideas or anyone had this issue as well?
