    My User Catalog is suddenly not working. It appears in the pane, but when I click on an item it appears as though nothing is there. I've tried re-loading the user catalog from the back-up but always get a message that says no items were imported. Any help would be appreciated

    I found that folder. There are a number of files, all of which have today's date and so far none of which restore anything to my user catalog.

    I would appreciate that. So, is it common for the user catalog to just disappear? Also, I can't add anything to the user catalog. What might be the problem there?

    I find that I suddenly don't have anything in my user folder. I've tried to restore it, but nothing happens.

    Thank you for that. I'm still very new at this. I can't seem to find that tool. Is it on the toolbar or somewhere else?

    Does anyone know how to generate the 3d cut-away views I'm seeing in the Bachelor Project in the example plans available on Chief Architect's website?
