  1. Posted to Upwork as well: Upwork Job Link Need help wrapping up a project that I don't have time to complete. The project is a single story office building, approximately 3,900 SF. Structure is Block Exterior Walls, Steel Bar Joist and Metal Deck Roof. I have the building layout generally in place. Have been waiting for interior finish selections. The right person for this project will be someone well versed in Chief Architect with a successful history of adapting the residentially focused tools to a commercial construction environment. I'm still learning but pretty decent with the software, but admittedly, this little project has challenged me!The key tasks are that we need to:- Add detailing for glass office fronts- Add representation of bar joists using Chief Architect Open Web Joist- Add representation of Ductwork- Add representation of Acoustical clouds- Add all finishes specified by Interior DesignerOn the Exterior, we need to:- Tweak the cap flashing- Add framing behind exterior architectural features- Annotate the detailing for new exterior window openings in the masonry- Add an architectural wall panel to the East Elevation - (Nichiha)- Get their logo to show up in Elevation views as well!Layout Sheets: - Add Site Plan Notes and Landscape Feature from Civil Engineers notes- Add Wall Type Details- Add Cross Sections for Typical Office Front & Kitchen Layout- Add Notes to replace roof- Create proper reflected ceiling planInterior Views- Highlight key architectural elements using interior View- Add photos to TV Screens as a "fun" touchI am the general contractor for the project and this is a repeat customer of mine. I have gone through the bulk of the program with them, just need to translate the project to the drawingsThe deliverable will be the completed .plan and .layout files, with the layouts print ready.
  2. Thanks Solver, editing the Wall Type did it. I had been digging around in the roof settings and coming up empty. Didn't occur to me to look in the wall details. Thank you for the quick help!
  3. Good afternoon folks, first post here. Wondering if anyone can help me troubleshoot a detail. I've got what looks like roof Insulation that occasionally protrudes through my exterior masonry wall. See the attached images. Any thoughts on how to troubleshoot that? It hasn't been obvious to me where that detail resides.
