  1. Awesome, turning on the layout box borders layer worked. I found the blank layout box. Thank you so much.
  2. Warning: One or more of the views on the layout could not be updated because the original saved camera could not be found. I want this warning to go away. Through my investigation, I have 9 cameras on my working plan view, 9 cameras in my project browser under cameras and cross sections, and I have 9 image views in my layout pages that I am using. In other words, all the cameras in my plan match up to all the cameras in my layout. Yes, I may have deleted a camera but none that were needed. I cannot find any blank image views in any of the pages of my layout either. Am I stuck with this warning every time I update or print preview other than checking the box? And in that case will it affect anything else that matters?
  3. Those are not my details. My columns are different. They are close though. My soffit is different and the beam going across above the column will be framed with stucco.
  4. So you guys are saying that its not necessary to build or frame columns in more detail than one solid at a time in my Plan View. And for my layout I point arrows and write details OR draw CAD style each line OR import an image. Okay, that's what I needed to know TY.
  5. Creating a column using the post tool, slab tool, countertop tool, etc. is easy enough but it is only one material per polyline solid and I need to get details on my layout similar to the ones I attached. These have stucco layers, 2x4s and connection points How would you do this?
  6. I thought Johnny was pretty clear with his suggestion with what a column tool should do. I am new but it would make sense to me to use the wall tool to make a stucco column and maybe the room type inside it should have an option to be a column. Then it would have the 2x4s, osb, house wrap, and the foundation. The problem I have is that it doesn't connect to the roof correctly I'm just a knuckle head though, I suppose I should just make it with a polyline solid and describe in a CAD detail.
