My wife and I have been designing the house of our dreams over the last several months ... first starting in home designer and now working on a rental version of CE 12.
Ideally we are looking for a Texas licensed architect to carry the project the rest of the way to a set of builders plans. Our lot sits atop a hill so we will be getting an updated topographical survey done and providing that data also.
I have attached the current working model of the project. We are looking for completed plans by Mid June.
