No, but other related plans to design project were created in 10 and then saved into 11. Need to get last plan converted, but just goes into a loop and won't open.

Most of plans created in CA 10 are opened by CA 11, then can save into new CA 11 program. I have a CA 10 plan that will not open in CA 11. When opening in CA 11, info box opens and green progress line starts, but then ends short before completing, and a blue processing circle seems to go on forever without opening the plan. I need to edit plan and then save into CA 11.
