I have never used plans that have everything on them, Was considering for the planning of the project. This by far is the biggest house I have built at 6000 sq feet

Good question I am probably going to need a bank to help with the money. Not for shure of this but may need some kind of plans

I am looking at building a new house and am wondering what program to use. I am an experienced builder but have never used a design tool. I want all aspects from framing to electrical. Is it worth to buy outright the chief architect or just rent it .
