I've created plans using CA X10 but am willing to pay for assistance finalizing them. I'm retro creating plans for an existing structure so that I can get permits. I need structural plans for a structural engineer to approve. It's a small cabin--total of 680 sq. feet on a post/pier foundation. I'm in the Pacific NW (zip 98290 or 98119). The cabin is in Snohomish County. I'm renting CAx10 and have paid for 2 training sessions--but would like to turn this over to someone to finalize. Any interested?
