I am building a new home of about 2400sqft on an existing foundation in an established small city street. Home Designer Suite has been excellent for me to do the conceptual work, but I need a professional floor plan, new foundation plan, framing plan, bill of materials, etc., and to get a good rendering. I have done a lot of hand sketches and collected a lot of example photos, but am certainly open to new ideas as well. I am located west of Atlanta. Tom
