    Hi, 
    I am looking for help completing my drawings. My model to ready for building permit application. I am principally a builder and want to sub out the drafting. 
    I would like to ask you all to review the plans ( I can't attach here - files to large -  please send me an email I can send to )  and give me a good ballpark figure of what it would take for you to reproduce a similar project. And an hourly fee for all building permit plan check corrections.
    Pease supply me with 3 reference phone numbers I can call.
    See all my drawings and notes, annotation per my building department is very important.  
    To start a new project I will do the site plan , notes, terrain, a completed model ( floor thru roof model ) ,  scope of work, zoning and sq ft data. 
    I will handle all engineering and reports.

    I am looking for drafters on construction documents from my model. . Have any of you used an outfit call CIS  CISINLABS? They are not a US firm?

    Please let me know if you have any input. They sound to good to be true.

    HI, 

    I am a designer builder in Santa Cruz Ca. 

    I am looking for support drafting, doing full set of construction documents.

    I would like very experienced people working in X12. 

    And I have some requirements because I need drawing to be done in my style so I can work easily in them down the road. 

    So

    1. x12

    2. use my templates and layers

    3. study my templates and go back and forth with me to get it in my "style" , This will be slow to start and require going back to my examples and mirroring my techniques. What I am saying is I do not want someone to just take off drawing up what I send. I want someone willing  to study how I produce construction documents , use the layers. lines, notes etc that I use, set up the layout pages just the way I do. 

    If you are will to go to all this trouble please let me know. All time spent would be paid for of course. I will attached an example of a job.
