Hi, I am looking to remodel a single floor Spanish/Mediterranean house. Would like to get help from someone experienced blending these design elements but with high functional utility as well. The house currently is somewhat of a hybrid between Spanish and Adobe style. Would like to convert the 2-car garage to a 3 car, expand the kitchen, change some interior layout, change bathroom floor/wall/layout, master closet, master bath, utility room etc. Don't have to be local (I am in San Jose) - with Facetime, Skype etc, I am ok with long distance relationship if the experience is solid and the rate is competitive.
