  1. I think that has some bearing on my confusion. Lol.
  2. Dermot, I was going to try using a polyline for the skirt but I thought I could find something "quicker". Thank you for taking a moment to respond.
  3. I'm sorry, I don't get what you are referring to.
  4. Whichever one works best and looks best on a print.
  5. I am using x12. I did type in ADA but no counter tops with a skirt.
  6. Hello folks, I am trying to draw my first ADA bathroom as I follow some specs I found online. Where can I get a CAD block to help simplify the plan? The client wants a counter top for which I have specs BUT I can't get a sink to set in the top. Of course, I will have grab bar details, toilet spacing details, wheelchair access details, etc. The room is 86" x 64" with a recess at the end of the 64" wall of 35" deep x 48" wide which is where the counter top/sink will be placed. Is there any additional information I can offer you to help solve my problem? Green new plan.plan
  7. Hello all, I am searching the C/A library for a metal plumbing access door, about 28" x 28" x 1/4" thick. I couldn't find one so I am trying to use a standard door modified to my specs but I can't get it slide around on the wall to place it properly. What is the best way to draw this? Thank You!
  8. Hello, We are a busy remodeling company in NE Ohio and can’t keep up with the demand. I am searching for a company or person to help me with sketches throughout the year. Our projects consist of kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, and small commercial remodeling. I am open to ideas and look forward to discussing my needs in further detail. Regards, Bob Gallese mobile 440.221.9500
  9. Hello,

I am a Design Remodel firm expanding into larger projects. I need help with a commercial project which is on the smaller side but nonetheless requires drawings.
I would like to explore outsourcing the larger projects such as this. Let me know when we can discuss your project scope and pricing. I can be reached at 440.221.9500.

    Thank you,

    Bob Gallese

Sorry for the delay in response. I don't typically review this area of my profile often.

I don't focus on small commercial work but I do know of a very talented chief user that lives in the same town as I do that does focus on small commercial work. Her chief profile name is "serenity", Jacquilla S. Gillette

      Take care-
