I have a completed set of house plans (designed using Chief Architect software) that I need to hire someone to update/revise. The person who drafted the plans developed some health complications which prevented him from being able to continue working. I did have the design file emailed to me, so there's a full set of plans to work off of. Nothing needs to be created from scratch. I'm looking to hire someone who's interested in making final revisions to the plans. We're building on a lot that's located in the Twin Cities, MN area, so anyone located nearby would be ideal.
