  7. You've answered my question quite well. In my case, my back porch is enclosed but I guess that wouldn't make much of a difference anyway.
  8. Got it! One more thing. For example, can I just add wood planking directly on top of the concrete slab or is there a bit more to it than that?
  9. I've made a house that has a screened in porch in the back yard. The flooring consists of a 12-inch concrete slab 22 inches above the 0 terrain. Is that all there is to this flooring or can I just add wood planking directly on top of it? If not, what is the usual composition?
  10. As you can see in example one, the fireplace is flush with the wall, but the wall cuts right through the firebox. What adjustments do I need to make? BTW, I have Chief Architect X10 Premiere. Hope this helps
  11. I'm a very new user of Chief Architect x10 and I need some help with fireplace and chimney placement. Please bear with me as I try to explain as best I can. If a portion of a wall is cut out to place a chimney, I seem to lose the floor of the room the chimney is in. This is to flush mount the fireplace part. Do I draw walls around the chimney part or is there another way of correctly placing a flush mounted fireplace and chimney
