  1. I just updated my signature. However, I have a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 video card. It is stable once you update to the latest driver version 23.21.13.9125_A15
  2. Thanks to all for helping me fix this problem!! I found out that I was using my NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 video card and not the Intel Graphics 630 video card. I kept updating the Intel graphics 360 driver with no success. Once I learned, from one of the the post responses, on how to determine the video card that CA was using by selecting: Edit> Preferences from the menu if you're on a Windows PC, and then click on the Video Card Status panel of the Preferences dialog. I found out I was using the NVIDIA GeForce 1050 video card. I then updated the NVIDIA driver to version 391.25, and I was able to close all of my 3D images with no hang-ups. Problem solved. Not knowing the video card panel preference and having an out of date video card driver was my mistake. Once again, THANKS!!!
  3. I don't think it is the driver or the video card. But, below is my video card and driver information. I forgot to mention that it also hangs up when I select an item in my library and then try to exit or change the selected item in my library. I have to exit the program then reopen it to get it to work again. Also, I reinstalled X9 and that did not help, and also, I did not have this problem when I first installed CA X9. I have used it since it's release with no issues. This is a recent problem. Thanks for your help.
