    Thanks for the reply. I had heard that the only available version for the academic discount was X8, so that's good to hear.

    I am a housing and design student and I would like to apply for the academic version of chief. If it is approved and I receive the license, will it be for the X9 or X10 version of Chief premier? Or will it just be the X8 version?
