I appreciate the help. X5 is 62 bit but everything I'm coming up with seams to go back to window s10 Clark

I have Chief Architect 5. When I am working on something all of a sudden it freezes up. I can measure something and it will freeze, and the whole computer freezes. The only thing we have been able to come up with is possible Window 10 did an update and Chief 5 is not compatible with it. Has anyone else experienced this? Moduser1
