I have been working as the senior designer for a design-build firm in Jacksonville FL for the past 12 years, but recently became a freelancer doing business between FL and Denver until I move there permanently next fall to join my husband who is working in Longmont. I'm in the Denver area two weeks a month and have been working remote for others for some time now. I'm in CA X11 and have been working with the program for the past 7 years. I would love to help you out and hear more about what you do. It sounds from the "whole house remodels" that it's right up my alley. I have been using a combination of Autocad and Chief Architect for the past 20 years. I'm extremely proficient in CA X10 and getting into X11. Right now I work with a design-build-firm in Florida, specializing in extensive house remodels, and the bread and butter of kitchen and bath designs. I start with an as-built, or get the measures from a field visit and create plans, 3D renderings and scopes of work for our projects. I have been acting as the designer, sales and project manager, working with a field team to get the job complete. However, I'm wanting to move toward contract work, remote office locations, anywhere in the world, while spreading my time between Florida, Oklahoma and Colorado. I have years of experience, and an interior design degree and background, which helps in the overall vision of the clients needs and ultimate dream home. I have been working with a contractor for the past 15 years and am well versed in construction. Would be open to any and all conversations, as I move into this next venture. Cindy Baker

I would be interested if you are open to remote work. I'm in Jacksonville, FL, an interior designer, and have been using a combination of Autocad and Chief Architect for the past 20 years. I'm a more than proficient in X10 and just downloaded X11. I have been working for a design build firm here in the area, doing space planning for high end, residential extensive remodels for the past 14 years. I've also been the sales and project manager, with about $1.5M in personal sales for the company.
