Ah, separate materials on either side of the door was the piece I was missing. Thank you Rene!

I did some playing with custom sills, I am able to get the 3D to look accurate if the glass wall is set centered on lower wall, but the plan view shows the sill larger than the curb (and I'm not sure how that is derived). I am struggling to get it to look accurate in 3D for a glass wall set to the outer side of the curb (which is what I need), and I am coming across the same plan view issue. It does work decently well to lift the door off the curb, but I don't love that you can see the glass of the wall between the door and the curb (very picky, I know). I will likely continue with this method, but hope there's a better solution that can tick all of my boxes. SHOWER CURB SILLS.calibz SHOWER CURB.plan

I have a follow up question. When going through the "in use" materials list, is there a way to see what exactly that material is being used for? I have gone through all defaults and changed everything to what I would like but there are still some mystery materials that I am not sure where they are being used. Chief X12

I just reinstalled my Chief x9 to my larger D drive because my C drive was in danger of filling up. I can open a drawing and do anything but when I try to close it, I get this error message: "Attempting to write the Master List File. Unable to write to the directory "C:\Users\alia\Documents\Chief Architect Premier X9 Data\". The file cannot be saved." I am confused because I installed everything on my D drive so why is it wanting to go to the C drive? And how do I fix it? Thanks!
