  1. Alaskan_Son, You are exactly right. I was using the Object Eyedropper.
  2. Thank you, solver. You're the best!
  3. Here is the plan.. Pink Plan.plan Pink Plan.plan
  4. I have been working on a plan. All of a sudden, some of the rooms have turned pink. I can still highlight them, but why are they pink. I know I hit something and it made them this color. I just cannot figure out what I hit. By the way, the pink area was at one time one big room. Since it turn pink, I divided it up in to a few rooms. See the attached to see what I am talking about.
  5. OK, I got it to work but I don't understand how the 5 lite by 7 lite is computed. It seems to me that there are 3 lites across and 3 lites down.
  6. I tried using Prairie Style and it does not give me the ability to adjust the lites. What am I missing?
  7. I want a window with lites as shown in the attached photo. I am having trouble figuring out a way to do it. If I load a window from the catalog, it does allow me to select the number of lites vertically and horizontally but they are always evenly spaced. Is there a simple way to do this? Or do I need to select a window with no lites and use CAD objects to create the lites? Thanks
  8. Regarding Javatom's reply: I am going to try this. The only question I would have is regarding the added second molding. If the upper molding runs continuously around the outside perimeter, is it possible to trim the lower molding at doors and windows?
  9. I am using a tapered 2x6 at the top of a pony wall. The bottom of the wall is brick. I want the 2x6 tilted downward about 15 degrees for runoff on top of the brick. I created the ledge with a polyline solid. When the ledge meets at the exterior corner, the two 2x6s protrude outside each other. How can they be mitered. Also, could this 2x6 be created as an exterior molding instead? Also, can there be more that one exterior molding on a wall...does CA allow for this?
