  1. Did just that, no difference...........?
  2. I am printing elevation views in technical illustration mode with shadows and my roof, door, and window outline line weights are way too heavy (1/8" scale) It’s better at ¼” only because the view is larger relative to the lines. any ideas on reducing the line wt in this type of view would be super helpful
  3. Thanks so much. Not using chief talk as much as I should. A little rusty. Just looked at these replies, not sure how to be notified when a Q is answered.
  4. Can anyone advise me on creating angles at the top corners of a garage door frame for an as built model I am working on?
  5. Damm!! New issue totally shutting me down. Adding a text item freezes Chief. Updated my driver had no effect. Support has it under advisement, but looks like it will be a day or so to look into it. Any ideas here?
  6. Is anyone have a problem with Chief locking up when you turn a polyline into a molding polyline and then try to add a profile to it? CA is consistently locking up when I do this.
  7. Thank you all for your efforts. I bet they fix it soon
  8. I cant for the life of me get the window to break at the bottom and then angle up. Best I could do was a symbol, but in my opinion it is a poor substitute. Anyone care to actually make a real window do this so I know its actually possible?
  9. The window shape dialog does not seem to give me the option to create a fixed glass window in the shape of the dotted line. Any ideas here? i have not posted in a long time, forgive me if my uploaded picture is not added correctly angled window.pdf
  10. Have not been here in a long time….glad to be back. My question is I need a deck rail to sit in from a deck edge. My solution was to push the edge out by rebuilding the deck framing, but my stair connection still happens at the original deck edge. The result is a very short first stair tread. Any ideas here?
