Yes the roof is sloping towards the balcony, however the balcony is higher than the roof below

Please look at images and try to assist me with this guys, i'm trying to add a balcony over a lower existing roof, but some how there is a hole in the floor slab of the upper floor which over hangs over the lower roof. Please see images attached. Using version X8 of Chief Architect Premier. Thanks
