Here is New Mexico we work with monolithic foundations. When creating a house plan and then build a foundation the auto dimension will snap to the outside of footing. How do I add the outside of wall (outside of monolithic pour) dimension? or just have it auto snap to the building wall only?

Good morning, I'm having trouble finding video's or talk on foundation dimensions for adding both foundation wall and outside brick layer overall dimensions. I don't need the overall brick dimensions but its ok to be there. I would like to make a default for the foundation layer to just show outside foundation wall dimension. Builders here often use the footing for the brick ledge this is why I need to change the default. Thanks for the help! Michael

I have been trying to import a cad DXF file drawing into X8 Chief. I get all of the drawing but the cad lines for walls. What do i do to import the whole drawing? MC
