Ascendant Designs and Permit Resource helps clients move through the creation of documents, application, and permitting process for building projects in several Metro Atlanta municipalities.
We are expanding and looking to add designers to our team. We offer work on a contract basis with a bonus for completion by a contractual deadline. This arrangement allows us to utilize the internet and does not require contractors to be local. Payment is made on a per project basis. We supply all pictures and measurements at the start of any project. The process of creating plans for a given project should be completed within 5 to 7 days.
All of our packages include existing and proposed site plans and elevations, demo plans, typical wall sections, technical information needed for permitting, kitchen and bath layouts, Some plans require exterior alterations with a site plan, foundation plan, framing plans, roof framing, roof plan, stair details and/or sections.
