Has anyone had a chance to compare performance between the 4090 and the 3090?

I am looking for someone who can take a design that we have done, then furnish it and model out all of the finishes selected by my clients to create a 3D walk through. Typical work load would be several projects a month on an ongoing basis.

I am looking for a structural engineer who is licensed in Utah and uses Chief Architect so they can add the structural design onto my plans. Please respond if you fit that profile, or know of anyone who does. Thanks

We are a residential design build firm in Salt Lake City, UT doing new construction, remodels, and basement finishes. We are expanding our services, and are looking for a designer who is very familiar with Chief Architect and also working remotely. You would be working with us and our clients to design their custom project, complete with construction drawings, renderings, virtual tours ect. Project load would be several projects a month of various scope and size. This would be an ongoing relationship.
