I'm a builder and have drawn a custom 5000 sq ft home in X15 with various plans. I'm busy and am willing to hire someone to finish up the electrical and mechanical plans and add any notes needed to pull a building permit. Engineers have completed the structural and grading plans. There's opportunity for additional work as we do home additions as well
