  1. I cannot seem to get my rich text to update numbers after I have inserted (pasted) from word (with the formatting I want). For example if I add in a line of text after the initial creation with number formatting, the number formatting does not auto insert/update. Any tips? Also, when I create a new rich text box with multiple lines of text (all numbered) then add sub clauses into the mix (a, b, c...) I cannot get the numbering to continue after (7., 8., 9) and so on. The work around I found was to do all my notes and numbering, then go back to the sub clauses and add them last. It appears that the formatting gets lost at some point and anything following the sub clauses resets to 1., 2. 3... I no longer have the option to 'start at' in the dbx. Any tips here? Am I missing something?
  2. In X5 I press auto detail, boom, up pops the insulation, wall hatching, etc. All of this information is created on the layer 'CAD, Defaults’. Note that the current CAD Layer for my plan (in section view set is Default CAD, Layer). In X6 everything for auto detail is created on the 'Active Layer' that being Default CAD, Layer. I know it is merely 6 or 7 more clicks to change it to CAD, Default and then back to Default CAD, Layer and that may not sound like much, but it is more than the old ‘ single click’. The main reason I want this is, when on its own layer I can simply turn it off, then cad block my entire section and delete the old auto detail, and then press auto detail. Upon regeneration I unblock everything and move text/arrows accordingly. Otherwise I deal with arrows snapping to and from one side of the page to the other or getting deleted in various locations. I could go on for days about the problems that arise but have become rather accustomed to the work around I have developed.
  3. Hello all, does anyone know where to change the defualts for auto detail? I want to force this to always use a specific layer regardless of the 'Current CAD Layer.' Any help would be much appreciated. X6
