At JMT CAD Services we are a family owned business based in California. We have two Chief Architects Specialists that are proficient in using the program. The work we provide is normally on a contract work bases. We specialize in new construction and residential remodels. Together we have combined experience in the field of over 40 years. 15 Years of manual drafting, 12 years using Auto Cad, and 13 years drawing with Chief Architect. We just love using Chief Architect and it's 3D modeling structure.

I would be interested in talking with you about the freelance drafting help. I have been providing construction set for two architect here in Oxnard California. I use X10 and X11 to do complete working drawings for submittal or design work for layouts. I also have many years with new home construction in Arizona.

Hi Cari, I would be happy to talk with you about your need for extra help remotely. I have be using Chief architect for 5 years now from x7 to x10. and I live in Oxnard, California. Hello,
If you are still looking for someone I have over 20 years experience providing construction drawings in Arizona. Three years using Chief Architect, now using X8.
I have provided drawings for the cities of Scottsdale, Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler and others using 2012 IRC and 2006 IRC. Many times used stucco rolled eaves.
I moved to California 9 months ago but still doing some work for AZ designers.
