I have a roof plane that is 18" in length and I need to dimension it. i do have X8.

I guess it has been a lot longer than I thought since I used CA. How do you put dimensions on the elevations? You used to be able to edit a couple of lines - can you still do that? Thank you in advance for your help Angela

Good morning all, I am trying to cut a hole in the roof for a second floor game room dormer. I drew the polyline on the second floor with the lower roof plane displaying on the second floor but when i go to convert the polyline - the roof cut option is grayed out. What did i do wrong?
