We are a new home builder in Dallas. We have 3-4 new builds planned for 2018.
Our needs are:
- work with a 1099 contractor (will need Tax ID before 1st payment)
- paid via company check after receipt of invoice (note old school, it will be mailed)
- Construction plans needed to pull permit
- Conceptual plans needed for marketing
- Materials list produced for suppliers
- Not required but a bonus if contractor has experience doing lumber takeoffs
- we own the final source chief files
- we will supply PE drawings if needed
- Would prefer to work on a quoted price with payment milestones. (will still need an hourly rate)
We have an immediate need (like start right away) to finish a 1300sf plan
