ok I enlarged the screen shot and entered the appropriate info and it is working now, Thanks Everyone! It is nice to know there are so many people out there willing to help. Bill

yes,I do want to show individual page numbers but I cannot read your highlighted macro area to see what to do next.

even when i put it in the label field of page one, it does not transfer to the page box

I first put it on page one, I just tried putting it on page zero with no change

I entered the p-# but it does not seem to be linked to template page. It will not show number on the individual layout sheets.
