2 Option 2 - Floorplan

Option 2 in the Paradise Rises project is just over 1200 square feet on the main level. This home was made 2 feet wider than the other options to offer bigger bedroom spaces and more room for a loft area over the bathrooms and mechanical room. The loft's size and headroom varies, depending on the architectural style chosen for this plan option. Most styles also provide accessible attic space that can be used for storage and to house some of the mechanical systems for the home.
