Design by Jeff Kane of Wickersham Custom Homes using Chief Architect Premier X7. This is our Emerson model which we have been refining and building for over a decade. It is for sale at $715,000 located at the address of 904 Fairhorne Drive, Kennett Square PA 19348. The home is in rough-in stage. I use Chief Architect to design the structure, create plans for permits and construction, choose finishes and create renderings for sales materials. Using product catalogs such as CertainTeed siding, KraftMaid Cabinetry etc. is extremely valuable in making a project come together. We have been building homes for over 30 years and have been using Chief Architect for over 15. I am currently designing two other homes both over 3,500 s/f.
