Caelan Ratcliffe Updated
A new garden design for a McGill University student project. The goal was to reinforce the edge of the property facing the waterfront with water-loving and colourful native perennial plants. Next, I added Quebec native trees to the area, such as White pine ( Pinus strobus) and Red maple ( Acer rubrum) , to add shade and canopy. The final touch was the path of mulch and a stone patio to be a common area for parties and social events. Planted each bed with native perennials that flower at different times during the season for constant colour. Trees such as the Japanese maple and Magnolias added some colour to the paths but were mainly planted for shade and canopy

Problem - To a given space, to plan for each areas the amenities as functionable to short period rental. The requirement is space planning and visualization of the final design.

Samantha Lo - San Joaquin Delta College's Interior Design Program Updated
In the intro to Commercial Interior Design class, students are challenged with designing a space for a business. This year's classification was the cafe. Samantha designed a tea shop. She has been in the Interior Design program for a year and using CA software for only 6 months!
As we close out our spring semester, we realize that the design students had many challenges. But, but Samantha dedicated herself to mastering her design aesthetic. She worked hard to learn the CA software on her own and in our zoom meetings.

Samantha has been in the Interior Design program for a year and using CA software for only 6 months! She produced this project in the Residential Interior Design class. The students are given a house floor plan with exterior walls only and an architectural/design style, as well as a description of the clients. They have to plan all of the required spaces, designating walls, doors, windows, flow, and design every space.
Samantha's assigned design style was Mediterranean-Spanish. She created this exotic interior design that features modern and unexpected design elements.
We want to recognize her creativity and dedication to a challenging semester, where we ended up online mid-semester. She worked hard to learn the CA software on her own and in our zoom meetings!

Emmaline Rinehart - San Joaquin Delta College's Interior Design Program- Updated
Emma is a student in the Interior Design Program at San Joaquin Delta College. In the Residential Interior Design class, the students are given a house floor plan with exterior walls only and an architectural/design style, as well as a description of the clients. They have to plan all of the required spaces, designating walls, doors, windows, flow, and design every space.
Emma's design style was Victorian. She took a modern perspective of Victorian and produced a very eclectically designed home for a family.
We are very proud of the work she produced. We think it's exceptional!

Junior architect
Such an amazing program working clockwise and having a completed material list and solid measurements of remodeling area is a must any trick tips or advice to be more efficient and correct going from a lead field carpenter to junior architect has been almost a cultural shock

Lebone II College of the Royal Bafokeng - Engineering Graphics & Design
This is an example of a Civil Practical Assessment Task done by our Grade 12 Engineering Graphics & Design students. In this project learners used Chief Architect and ArchiCAD for their project. We are so grateful Chief Architect processed our licence and learners enjoyed the software. This is our first group to use the software.
