Leanne S. from Chief Support solved the previous problem of the Cat not showing in camera view. The answer is in step 7 of the attached C_Support_Checklist, which is the verification that the "7. ...Finished Floor to Bottom value at 0 mm... In my previous symbol upload it had a positive value and when downloaded into Chief X8 it became a negative value. Thanks to Leanne for her quick response and attention to "detail".
