bhiggins Posted December 22, 2015 Share Posted December 22, 2015 Hi all quick question, How do I setup chief to locate dimensions to the outside of brick for exterior walls? If I draw exterior walls with brick and attempt to resize them, the dimensions always indicate to the outside of the framing material, not the outside of brick. Also, if I use auto exterior dimension, it never includes the brick dimension which is very annoying. Thanks! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Solution HamlinBC Posted December 22, 2015 Solution Share Posted December 22, 2015 If you're running X7...which I have no clue if you are or not...then you simply change the wall setting to dimension to exterior of layer 1 (or whatever layer your brick is).
