This service primarily includes: - Tile plans and elevations: layouts, patterns, niches, borders, transitions, and material placement - Trim and millwork drawings: wall treatments, paneling, profiles, dimensions, and installation relationships - Hardware plans: product locations, mounting heights, dimensions, and coordination notes - Material plans: finish locations, product callouts, specifications, dimensions, and installation intent You do not need to already have technical drawings or design files. I can develop the drawing package from the ground up using dimensions of the space, photographs, sketches, product selections, specifications, and your design direction. For studios with an existing drawing format, I can follow and expand your established graphic standards. I can also complete or refine partially developed plans, elevations, and material packages. You remain the designer and creative lead. My role is to turn your selections and concepts into coordinated technical information that contractors can price, understand, and execute.
