Hi everyone,

Our design-build firm, Gordon Reese Design Build, based in Walnut Creek, CA, is looking to expand our network of design partners. We have a steady workload and are seeking a talented designer to assist us on a project-by-project basis.

What we are looking for:

• Software: Proficiency in Chief Architect is highly preferred (2D drafting and 3D modeling/renderings).

• Scope: Ability to produce full permit-ready plan sets and detailed construction documents.

• Finishes: Experience with product selections, finishes, and creating cohesive design palettes.

• Client Interaction: Ideally, someone local to the East Bay who can join us for site measurements and take client for showroom visits to select products , cabinetry & finishes

• Collaboration: A partner who understands the design-build workflow and can work closely with our project management team to hit deadlines.
