Plantation Shutters

Hello,

Can someone please tell me how to add plantation shutters to windows as shown in the attached image? I've followed inx in older posts about attaching shutters to the windows, but when I try that, the blinds/shutters flank the window, versus cover it as shown here. When I search under 'blinds' I see only regular window blinds, not plantation style. Thanks in advance!
