I'm looking to replace our current remote drafters (due to ongoing accuracy issues) with someone highly detail-oriented, fast, and consistent using Chief Architect X17. You must be able to: Work from our provided templates with custom layer sets and saved plan views Produce highly accurate Construction Drawings and Preliminary Cabinetry Shop Drawings (PCSDs) Collaborate on revisions as field conditions and selections evolve Handle multi-room renovations where no two jobs are the same Important Note: Our Construction Drawings are not permit sets. These are internal, precision documents formatted for 11x17 sheets, used for: Budgeting and layout coordination with our construction team Cabinet ordering and installation Field verification and finish selection coordination You won’t be drawing for permits or code review, but your work must be fully accurate and cleanly presented. Clarity, consistency, and control of views and layers are non-negotiable. Please respond only if you can share Chief-produced samples that match this level of detail.
