Hiring an architect/draftsperson

We are a design and build company based in MN. We specialize in remodels and new construction. We currently use Chief Architect Premier 14 (looking to upgrade with the new hire) to create the floor plans, interior and exterior wall elevations and renderings for our remodels and new construction projects.

 

For our remodels we need someone that can create initial drawings from our site measures, then take our drawings and create construction drawings using MN building codes and our preferred methods of construction. We would also look at hiring you provide the exterior and interior wall elevations and renderings that we currently do in house. Four our new construction projects, we would like to have someone that can provide construction drawings and possibly the interior and exterior wall elevations and renderings that we currently do in house.

 

We have the design expertise and are looking for someone with an eye for detail, an understanding of construction, MN building code, and a background in architecture to partner with long term.
