MarniDesign
Need help getting a permit on your ideas, I can help. I've been doing architectural designs for over 25 years, graduating from U.C. Davis. Light commercial and residential (proficient). My training was in AutoCAD and transitioned to CA a few years ago. Moved to Middleton, Idaho 5+ years ago from Northern California. I know engineers to assist in the final set who are licensed in most states. My strongest asset is I am a licensed interior designer in California (CID) and specialize in Kitchen & Baths. I like working with people and problem solving. I have done a wide spectrum of work from small half baths upwards of 20,000 sf new construction. I am no stranger to remodels and enjoy the challenge. I look forward to working with you. The attached files represent one house from design to completion. Here’s what I have: Complete CAD files (DWG/DXF) exported from Matterport, including both floors and the exterior. Schematics, floor plans, and photos for reference. Clear separation of first floor + exterior and second floor layouts. Here’s what I need: A fully drafted Chief Architect (.plan) file that accurately represents the structure: Exterior Interior Both floors with walls, doors, windows, stairs, roof, ceiling heights, etc. The model should be ready for me to make design modifications (moving walls, raising ceilings, updating cabinetry, etc.) Once completed, I’ll export it to Twinmotion for rendering — so I need the geometry clean and true-to-scale. I’m looking for someone who can: Work directly in Chief Architect X17 Communicate clearly and efficiently (email, Zoom, or similar) Deliver an editable, accurate plan file If interested, please reply here or message me directly with: Your experience level with Chief Architect Estimated turnaround time Rate or cost estimate A sample of your prior Chief plans (if possible) I’m ready to start as soon as possible. Thank you! Ana Maria Located in California (Pacific Time). The project is residential — single-family home, two levels, with existing CAD reference files ready to send. 0_THE STUMPO RESIDENCE (1).dwg 0_THE STUMPO RESIDENCE (2).dwg 0_THE STUMPO RESIDENCE.dwg
